Hi, I’m Jan. This little site used to be a stiff portfolio page — lots of bold type, sharp edges, and a résumé pretending to be a personality. I got tired of it.

So here’s the rebuild: a single, cozy page about what I’m actually up to, plus this blog for whenever I want to write something down. No pressure to post on a schedule — just notes from the workbench, self-hosting adventures, and whatever I’m currently obsessing over.
